My clients want to use Customer Voice in their Dynamics application without having to change the interface to create their surveys.
Given the new Customer voice interface, is this solution possible?

Hi @Fa,
no, the customer voice data is stored in a different location and then synced with D365 Marketing. They will need to use the customer voice portal. Otherwise, the sync won't work.
The Customer Voice portal is really easy and intuitive. Just teach them how to use it, I am sure they will love using it.
