Hi. I had a few questions on the use of Remote Assist to place calls.

Is there a way for the person on the desktop end to place the call to the HoloLens?

Also, Is there an app that can be used to open the 3D models while on the call and make it interactive as well? I used the 3D viewer app, but once I go back into the Remote Assist, I cannot interact will the model.

Hi Archana,

To answer your first question, yes, the desktop user can make a call to anyone in their Microsoft Teams organization. The answer to your question about the app is not at this time.
