Good morning yes there was available inventory. Normally if the there was more than one line to ship we would zero the problem line but can not if its just one line.

Also, from your UI, it looks like you are using NAV2009, which is no longer supported.

you need to check the set up of the location. from the serial no. it seems picking needs to be handled. you could create a pick, and register it.
when the qty picked is populated, then you can post shipment
Do you have available inventory to do the shipping?
That is the first thing I would check.
