Is there a way to not include benefits/deductions for just one employee in the batch or do I need to do separate batch for payroll this week?

    Hello,

You would not be able to inactivate the codes specific to a single employee in the Payroll Build window if you are going to include all employees in the pay run. However, you could inactivate the benefits/deductions for just this employee, process the pay run, then reactivate them after it is processed.

You would need to mark the inactive box on the following windows for this employee.

    (HR & Payroll >> Cards >> Payroll >> Deduction)

    (HR & Payroll >> Cards >> Payroll >> Benefit)

The other option as you mentioned would be to just run a separate pay run for that employee.

    Thanks,
