Hi All,
On my trial, I created an APP and added Case entity in the same. App was created with Unified Interface option. It was showing NEW button in the app properly.
Then I installed Customer Portal and now NEW button on Case entity in unified interface is gone. I tried below things to solve but didn't help.
1. Set System Administrator security role.
2. Created new app with new solution.
3. Created new sitemap.
Nothing helped.
Your help is much appreciated. Thank you.
