What is the use of the 'Marketing only' field above? How s it set?
Hey Grace,
This is often set up to populate automatically when a contact is created. The set-up varies on the use case but one common example is on web form where you can add a hidden field to automatically populate the 'Marketing Only' field on submission. A custom workflow or Flow can then be set up to remove this check once the contact is qualified.

Hello Grace,
You can use a flag on the contact table called “marketingonly.”
This will differentiate contacts that have been automatically generated (marketing-only) from other types of contacts.
This simple flag will make it simple to set up list views for salespeople who only need to see sales-qualified contacts.
