Product Price Lists / Items - Recalculation

(0) ShareShare

Most everything is working as expected in our nearly out of the box setup for Products and Price Lists.

The Price List Items will auto recalculate the Price List Item "Amount" field when the Item is using the Default Unit, but if it's a smaller unit it will not auto recalculate the "Amount".

These Price Lists are all based on Current Cost, so I'm editing the Current Cost on Product Details and Saving.  3 of the 4 below auto recalculate as expected.  If I edit the Cost Price Item, like change rounding, and Save it will recalculate the proper Amount.  Also, If I remove the Cost Price Item and then recreate, it will have proper Amount.

Just not sure what is missing.  Thanks much for any insight.

    Hi,

Please refer to the following issue and its answer.

    Hi Gene.

Is there SqFt (roll) unit part of the same Unit Group? How did you configure your Unit Group? The Default Unit of the Product has to be in the same Unit Group of the Price List Item. I think it is the missing part.

Great thought, but yes they are in the same unit group.  Screenshots below, showing that.

Also, it does calculate if you delete and readd, just not when you modify Current Cost.

    Hi Gene.

I don't know any way to recalculate it out of the box.
