Problem viewing Dynamics Field app for users Using business unit

Hello!

I created a business unit (B) out of our root business unit (A).

Then I added a user to business unit B. Just for information: This user comes from another tenant but he is added to the main-tenant who owns this Dynamics Plattform. So he do appear in the list of users in Dynamics Field. Everything seems right.
Then I gave this user security roles. The user also got Dynamics license and are added to the same group as the rest.

But when he log in to portal.office.com -> Dynamics there is no Dynamics apps for him.

Anyone who can help me in this case? Thankful for any advice.

Hello Orjan,

What are the Security Roles assigned to that user? I am asking as, to be able to see applications, there are a couple of security roles that the user needs to have.
