Change Default Font & Color on Navigation Bar

Hi Everyone!

Would there be a way to update/change the default font color of the navigation bar to something OTHER than white? We are looking to brand Dynamics to our company's colors and would like to make the nav bar white but not sure how to update the font colors to black or any other color for that matter.

Is this something that is doable?
