How do I change voice of customer form date format to DD/MM/YYYY format?
Currently it is set to an american format eg. M/D/YYYY but we are based in Australia. I cannot see any settings that can change the date format. This is going to confuse our users terribly.
Hi, After some tests, changing the browser's preferred languages to English (Australia) can set the date format to DD/MM/YYYYY. If you are using Chrome, please refer to this solution. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=seT_nSQ0lX4 Here's an example of the Edge browser.
