52After an email is tracked and the system does it's matching for email addresses we find issues where users have their email address incorrectly placed in contacts and leads throughout the system. This leads to the "TO" having multiple receipients not just the one. Is there a way for this to be cleaned up? I've tried to delete one of the parties but upon reload it remains visible on that email record. As you can see below this email is linked to a user, contact and lead even though i've deleted the lead from the system.
