Replying the customer using Open Record in timeline after replied redirected to activities page

Hi Everyone,

Please note, I'm replying from dynamic 365 itself. Open Record from the timeline after replied redirected activities page. it's possible to redirect to the particular case number or email Editor page.

 

Open record incoming case from the timeline

Now opened Email wizard in Activity page

Send mail to the case.

    Hi Partner

    This seems to be by-design behavior and will be back to previous screen,  if you see the navigation it shows CSH -> Service -> Activities ->  Level1

    So once you close the level 1 then it will revert to activities and once you close the activities it will turn to service page
