Hi All,
I have developed a workspace which has multiple tiles. Tiles shows the count for the data. I have set the property of tile RefreshFrequency -> Ten minutes. The tile count is going 0 after 10 min but never comes back to right count.
Note: This behavior is shown only on production which never happened on UAT.
Please suggest.

Sometimes Tile count get stuck due to different reason. Please try following steps if they might can fix this issue:
1 - Clear Usages Data
2 - Go to SysAdmin > Setup >Data cache >Tile data cache configuration
3 - Select the tiles on which you are facing this issue
4 - Delete the selected Tile
5 - After deleting the records just synchronized the Solution
6 - Refresh you Application browser and reopen your workspace
