WinApi::ShellExecute main method Report

Hi Experts,

I have taken a report from my friend and import it to my test environment.The report has only 1 DP class and the DP class has one 1 main method with the above syntax anyone knows it.  WinApi::ShellExecute.

    You can use shellExecute to open local applications, including a web browser (like in this case). But you shouldn't use if for AX reports - you want to get an AX dialog for parameters, execute AX business logic and so on.

    You should ask your friend why he or she has written code like this. It looks completely wrong, at least without context. Maybe it was written by a developer unfamiliar with AX 2012, or maybe there was some special context in which it made some sense.
