Currency Exchange rate service not populating rates

hi all,
 
I'm trying to set up a currency exchange service in BC. I've a Data Exchange Definition set up, and the service is returning valid JSON. I've set it up for just NZD for now, but will ultimately pull a bunch more as well.
 
When I run it or Preview it, I don't get any errors, but it also doesn't update any rates.

Any ideas on how to get this working?

    Field mapping for line 4 should be /rates  not /rates/NZD.
    You cannot retrieve just one rate this way. For that You would need a specific API, that requires this.

    Currently system is trying to retrieve all rates by looking into rates/NZD/AED  or rates/NZD/NZD  - and of course there is nothing like that, and it gives nothing to You.
