Invoice Attached Document Tracking

Hello All,

I am trying to find a way to track how many invoice documents were uploaded in a given timeframe. Does anyone know where I might be able to find this info in the DB (2012 R3)?

For what reason do you need this information?

Where do you store the documents? On a separate database, on sharepoint, etc.?

Hello Ludwig,

This is a metric our accounting department wants to track.

We do not use Sharepoint to store these docs, going by the lack on entries in the SharePoint tab of the Document Management Parameters in Org Admin. I'm unsure exactly where we store the docs, how could I find out?

Hello Joey,

One possibility is the document types form in the organization admin module that is available in the document section.

For each type there should be a location/archive directory.
