Hi there,

In my enhanced SLA tab on a case the SLAs are not appearing as named items so i cant tell which is which how do I change this? They are named everywhere else but not on the screen we view them on so this is not very useful. Screenshot below:

Yes support confirmed this is a bug. Work around I figured is that if you build from the old interface settings it works fine it’s only an issue if created in the UI. Microsoft are working on a fix.

    kind regards

    Hi partner,

Since so , I recommend you to raise a ticket to Microsoft and let the engineer help you resolve this issue on server side.

    Hi There,

Thank you for your response. I have opened the SLA KPI instance and it shows the GUID there also.  a not sure what other views I could change if I am honest so any advice on that would be great. There is only a business process flow against the case and nothing else, we don't use JS or any plugins as yet. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

    Gary

    Hi partner,

I tried in a pure instance and the SLA view worked well.

So Please check the following parts.

1.Open the SLA KPI Instance record and check if the name field shows correctly or shows GUID.

2.Change other SLA KPI Instance views and check if the name field in all views show GUID.

3.Check if there is any custom workflows, JS events, plug-ins in SLK KPI Instance entity.

    Regards,

    Leo
