ZetaDocs Express with Dynamics NAV & SharePoint Server 2013 - Can't activate solution.

Hi folks. We're implementing Zetadocs Express for Dynamics NAV 2013 along with SharePoint Server 2013. We're having some issues regarding the SharePoint Setup. We're following the Zetadocs Express installation guide for Dynamics NAV and when it comes to upload the sharepoint WSP package into the site solutions gallery, we can't activate de solution. therefore, i can't see the features. Thow, i can activate it from the stsadm.exe tool, when activating the features, i get errors that i'll report on another post. Thanks in advance.

    Hello,

    Please check the following services are running:

    • 'SharePoint User Code Host' service on the SharePoint server (go to services.msc)
    • The 'Microsoft SharePoint Foundation Sandboxed Code Service' is running (go to SharePoint Central Admin | System Settings | Manage Services on server).

    After checking the above, try uploading and activating the solution again.

    I am having the same issue, When trying to activate the Zetadocs WSP in SP2013 I get an error saying  - Sandboxed code execution failed

    user code host and Sandboxed code service are both running.
