An unhandled error has occurred, to view enable debugging web.config or contact administrator - EP - AX 2012

Hi All,

User is getting the below error while invoicing in EP, we have tried resetting IIS, but the user facing the same issue, user was able to do invoicing previously but the error now.

"An unhandled error has occurred, to view enable debugging web.config or contact administrator"

Please advise us how we can resolve this issue.

    Good Morning Akbar,

    On LCS, I found a hotfix (no. KB 2779886) that seems to be closely related to what you describe.

    Can you have a look at this fix and check whether it applies to your system version and if so whether it overcomes the problem?

    Thank you Ludwig for your help,

    We have resolved the issue by resetting IIS, re-deployed the EP controls and cleared the user cache, after this user is able to invoice in EP.
