Hi everyone,
we are about to adopt Forms Pro to send surveys when a case in Dynamics CRM is resolved.
We notice that Survey Response, Survey Questions, and Survey Question Responses are three different entities.
So:
- when someone responds to a survey this goes to Survey Response
- The Questions are stored in Survey Questions entity
- The Question responses are stored in Survey Question responses
The question is, is it possible to make a chart to show the overall of each question and for example, how many questions have 1,2,3,4,or 5 as an answer?
Considering that actually Survey questions response Name is a single line of text field and not numeric, I couldn't find any way to summarize this information in CRM.
