Is it possible to add more options on the Duration field (i.e. 2 minutes, 3 minutes) and not just the default ones (30 minutes etc)?

You dont have to add options and it wont be possible as well.
It's a whole number field you just have to ënter "2" or "3" and it will resolve it as 2 or 3 minutes:
