We have a request to add new custom field on marketing emails.The field should be just standard lookup field. That value won't be used for email content, only for later reporting purpose.Is it possible to insert one new field to the form so end users can update it by choosing correct value?

I don't think this seems possible, I tried adding in the form, but the email body disappears.
AccountAccount - as Leco Lv says, it is not possible to add a form to an email. You would need to add a button with a link to wherever the form is hosted for someone to then interact with it. Emails cannot contain a form.
Hi Megan,Perhaps the requirement was not well defined. The goal is to introduce new custom table which will store information about Campaigns (in order to analyze different activities that were launched for the purpose of certain campaigns).
For example, person is creating new Marketing email and will pick Brand awareness value as a campaign. This will later enable the creation of certain reports.
New Campaign field is already created for each marketing related table (Customer Journey, Segment, Marketing Form). We were able to create this field and expose it on the corresponding forms.
We only have an issue with Marketing email form.
