I've created hundreds of KITs and Sales Inventory items on GP, and there has never been a problem with these codes exporting into Slim4. Until recently...
We needed 8 item codes setting up to be almost identical to another code that we already had on our system. So using the Item Copy facility, I set these 8 codes up identical to the original code (which has pulled into Slim4) - however only one of the 8 is now pulling through on Slim4. Apparently the codes are pulling through, but the rest of the information and parameters are not pulling through.
I've never had this issue before, so I have no idea what to try. I feel like I've tried everything, I've gone through the Item Maintenance windows numerous times to check that the setups are the same, and apart from the name, it all matches.
Is there anything else that I could try to allow all the information to be exported into Slim4?
