Hi,
We have a territory ID that was mistakenly used on an order, transferred to an invoice, and posted. Now when I try to delete that territory ID, i'm told that commissions exist. We do not track commissions in GP. How can I delete this territory?

Is combining the territory with another territory an option? If so, if you have Professional Services Toolkit installed, the Territory Combiner tool is a way to go.
Caveat: Like all tools, restoring to a test company and running the tool there is always a good best-practice.
