Power Automate/Flow changes a field but my Dynamics 365 Process wont run despite "start when record fields change."

As the title says I have a simple Microsoft flow that changes the field of "Email Workflow Trigger" From False to True. That works fine. Yet the Process I have on dynamics fails to send an email. What would cause Dynamics to do this?

EDIT: I just changed the fields again and this time it just seem to be stuck in Waiting. Still no Email.
