In my scenario I have wanted to use Contact as instead of Service Account. However can I use Contact Address as a Service Location Address in Work Orders. Kindly assist me.

Field service has mandatory requirement to use Account table as Service Account.
It does not work on Customer Field concept which can use account or Contact.
If you want to update the contact address based on the contact added on Work order, You can write either a real time workflow or Jscript to achieve the same.
Ensure, this field is already updated from the Account using an Out of the Box plugin which you need to deactivate.

Field Service uses the Service Account or Customer Asset to find the location of the work order. I generally use the Relationship Type on the account to filter my service accounts so I does not get very confusing for the clients when they open the full list of accounts.
However, you can overwrite the address on the work order address tab.
Check with the Function Location does not help you as well.
