Hi to all,
My problem regards item discounts.
One customer X has an item discount group of 55% on one item group, BU2. But within this item group, the same customer X has 43 % of discount on one specific item.
Customer = X
Item Discount Group = 55% for BU2
Item Discount = 43 % for Product Y of BU2
According to the logic of Best Price, Navision during the sales quote and sales order operations, gets the Item Discount Group, because its price is lower. This happens also in reality.
I would like the system picking the higher price in this case: the price linked to the Item Discount. Is it possible? How?
I think it's a problem of priorities.
Thanks in advance,
Nemanja

Hi Jens,
Thanks for the reply. Could you write down what I have to do? I did not understand very well the solution you proposed.
Thanks in advance,
Nemanja
Hi Nemanja,
well, sort of. There are no real priorities for prices or discounts. It's always "best price", never "the price that I negotiated with this customer, even if it is higher". To solve this, you would need code just these - customer code before price group code before no group at all (price on the item card). The most specialized, and valid, price wins. The same for discounts. It is a rewrite of Codeunit 7000 in the end.
with best regards
Jens
