Is there a way to show who made changes to the posting setup window?

There is not a way to find out after the fact, and without any additonal expenditure, can use the Activity Tracking to enable File Tracking for Modifications to Setup files. That would help going forward.

Go into the Activity Tracking Setup. change the Activity to File Tracking and check off Additions to Setup Files and Delitions to Setup Files, Modifications to Setup Files. Then you would have to highlight all your users and companies to find out who is making the changes. Had to happen years ago with a client who swore that the consultants were making changes to the posting setups. We were able to show that it in fact was the Associate controller who was going into the posting setup and making changes without realizing what she was effecting. Printed the report out the next week and got that taken care of.
Then you can go to Inquiry>>Activity Tracking and print out a report.
