I have one requirement from my client side that they have the overdraft facility given by their bank lets suppose its of 100,000/- means that Bank Account Balance in trail balance can go into credit upto -100,000/- so when I create Financial Statement using Management Reporter the negative balance should be recorded under current liabilities e.g. I have an Main Account Code in Trail Balance "300100" its balance is of Rs. 90,000 but when I will pay an invoice of my vendor its balance will go into negative of lets suppose the invoice payment is 150,000 then the balance in the trial balance of that account will be Rs.-75000 negative hence I have given in balance sheet the account code "300100" now when I generate the report it shows negative balance in the balance sheet under current assets but I want to show this balance automatically under current liabilities bank overdraft.
Hence is there any solution or workaround through which I can cater this requirement in Management Reporter.
