PO is submitted for approval, but next time it shows not submitted in workflow GP 2010. Why this error occurs?

Are you waiting for it to go through the whole process in SharePoint? Typically we see this when someone submits a PO and then brings it back up right away. Was there any error in the Workflow history or in Event Viewer? The more information you can provide the better chance we will be able to assist.
