Insights are showing up on a contact record but not on the associated lead record. The lead and contact record are associated and we have our forms creating both the lead record and contact record on submission. Does anyone know why the Lead Insights are blank while the Contact Insights are full of website visits, form submissions, etc.?
Most of the insights displayed for a lead are the same as those shown for contacts and are taken from the contact record associated with the current lead.
Because interaction records relate only to contact records, not lead records, most insights are only available for leads that are associated with a contact record.
--In the contact form, navigate to 'Related' tab and find 'Lead' option to check it:
