I recommend to re-install PDF printer (or re-register relevant DLL), or install another one and try to use that. Try printing fro ma different machine. Ensure your user has enough rights to run PDF printing and has access to relevant DLLs.
It seems that the required PDF setup is not available in local machine. Try to install the relevant PDF setups, which is being used in the report and then see the working.
You can also try to compile that particular report object. You would also face the error due to missing DLLs or Setups.
