Dynamics 365 Global search - Result empty

Dear all,

 

It is not an important issue but a bit strange.

I was looking for a specific account.

The result bar showed that a LEAD was found.

But after clicking on the LEAD no result shows.

After checking LEADS the result 0 was correct.

What can be the reason for this?
