I have uploaded .glb 3d models in product visualize hub and created mixed reality session. But when i am checking 3d models in iOS app it's showing empty screen with orange ring 3d model is not loaded. below is the model that I have uploaded in Product visualize Hub. Can you please help on this. We are unable to use dynx import tool.
I am using trail version of Product visualize hub.
