how can we setup for first time their AAD ?

after creating the Tenant and purchasing the D365FFO cloud license, if i log in to the LCS through global admin account will i find the D365FFO project ? or i need to create it manually ?
In this case an Implemention project is created for you automatically, as far as I remember. You can create other projects if needed, but the Implementation project is special and also your project environments will be there. In other projects you can deploy only onebox dev/demo systems but here you can deploy the actual MS managed test and prod systems.
