Hi,
How can I edit these preferences for all users?
Is there a way to edit this for all users, instead of having to edit each one at a time?

Hi Ana,
You can use the 'Open in Excel' (UserInformation) to edit data for all users. When Excel is opened, you can design the connector and add the fields. reload the data, then change the values and publish.

I don't have this error. What security role(s) do you have assigned? I do assume you are using Office 2016, 2019 or Office 365?
If you don't have the system administrator role, try if someone with this role is able to add the fields.
it is possible to do via the export/import option. please export the entity "User information". Maintain for one employee from the front end, and once exported, please check that particular employee record and adopt for the remaining records and then import.
