Is it possible to modify Surveys questions using SQL server or using Power Apps?
I manage to modify values in the dataverse, but then when I look at the question in Customervoice I stilll see previous version of the question ...

I now read the subject stating dataverse. Sorry for not seeing that at first. Yes it is possible to edit but the process is either seen as an import or like the experience editing from a form.
In dataverse / https://make.powerapps.com/ go to table in question and choose data. In top bar you can choose edit data which gives you and excel export. Edit and then publish changes which starts an import. Alternative mark a single record and choose edit. This will give you a form to edit the record.
For the import you can change view all columns before you choose to edit data.
