We had a workflow that sent out an email when a work order is marked as completed, and it added the CRM unique identifier into the subject so all replies would go into the timeline of the work order. They wanted to attach a report automatically so I pulled it into a flow, but in doing so we lost that functionality. Is there a way to include or mimic that functionality in power automate?
Hello!I think this question should be better posted within powerApps community powerusers.microsoft.com/.../PA_Comm_Forums as resources there will explain better how to connect to CRM, grab certain data (like the identifier) and execute better the function you want to achieve
You will have to use the PartyList support to add CRM identifiers to the email flow in MS Dynamics 365 CRM.
I found that using the /<entity plural name>(<RecordID>) was required for the Party Lists. But only the RecordID is required for the Send Process.
This blog will help you some more.
