Strange issue with a handful of SL Users using Grid to Excel. When they click the button, it starts to open Excel (2013, 32 bit), then closes. If I log onto the PC with the SYSADMIN login (windows authentication), it works. IT manager says users have local admin rights to the PC. Not sure what else I could be missing.

It could be an excel add on
Also you might run a "repair" on the impacted users excel installation on their pc's
The "windows" application event log could give some clues /error message on the issue as well.
