Does anyone know why, in customer service from the cases, I cannot select the language of the email templates? As seen below I only get the templates that are in french since I choose french as the language in the CRM.
This gets complicated because we need to create the same template but one for french and one for english and before we just made one bilingual template and we used to have the option to select the language for the templates.
And when I go to Sales hub, in an account and create an email and choose insert template, I do have the option to select the language of the templates even though my language is in french.
Hi, After reviewing the official Microsoft documentation, we found that the email template selection window is different for D365 Sales and D365 Customer Service because the two programs have different requirements. According to another official document, you can filter templates in different languages by adding a language filter to the filter window. The link to the documentation is as follows.
