How to provide a local opt-out in Onboarding flow emails?

Hi,

I am in the making of an Onboarding flow consisting of several successive emails.
I will give the recipients a fair chance to opt-out from the flow BUT NOT unsubscribe from all marketing emails.
I guess I can put an opt-out button ( eg with link to a form on a landing page) in the emails but I don´t want to make it too easy to opt-out. What is the best practice here?

The flow will be triggered when a contact/lead signs up for a new agreement and the purpose is to educate and inform about the (quite complex) product they´ve bought.

Hopefully, someone can give some advice (maybe based on their own experience)

Many Thanks,

Helena

    Hi Helena,

You posted a question in the Dynamics AX forum. How is your question related to this product?

    Hi,
Not clearly understand what you mean. This seems to have nothing to do with AX or FO. It would be better if you could tell which module it is or provide some details like screenshots. But just for your question, you can refer to the following points:
Clearly communicate the purpose of your onboarding email and what value recipients can expect in each email. Setting expectations from the beginning helps    manage user expectations.
Include a transparent and easily accessible opt-out option in every email. While you want to provide valuable information, you also want to respect users who may not want to receive these communications.
While you want your opt-out option to be easy to find, avoid making it too conspicuous. Place it in a more discreet location, such as the footer. However, make sure it remains easy to find for users actively looking for it.
Consider adding a short feedback form when users opt out. This can provide valuable insights into why users are opting out and help improve your onboarding process.
    Best Regards,
    Hana
