How many lines available on PO/SI are different for different users

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

We have problems available lines to work with. Some users have two, while others have many more.
This applies to all documents created, such as PO, SI, CN etc.
Using the option show fewer fields does not help.
As far as I see the user setup and access are the same for all users. Some with this problem and other not. We did not have this problem with NAV2013, when upgrading this issue arised.

Move your mouse under the totals, your mouse arrow will change to resize. Here you can increase the number of lines.

Then try the link Hannes sent on increasing the lines on the subform.

I appreciate all help on this.

Collapse the fast tabs does not help I am afraid. The lines are constant for some users.

    Hello,

You mean, in the screenshot above you see two lines only - which is not sufficient?

    This might help: forum.mibuso.com/.../how-to-increase-order-subform-number-of-rows-on-screen

Alternativly, you can collapse the factboxes (double click on the grey bar) to allow more space on the screen.

Sorry.... I totally misread the issue. You need to see more lines. OK there are "Arrows" at each Fast Tab. Just "Collapse" the Fast Tabs and you will see more lines in the "Sales Order"

    As Normal

    Eli

Can you include screen captures? Here what I see using NA localization :

    Sales             Purchase

This also includes Sales Credit and Purchase Credit memos.

Do you have a separate "Test Instance" you can refer to?

There are different roles and albeit they have been slightly customized, this problem occur for all roles.

License Type is Full User. Permission Set is SUPER (all permissions).
