Synchronizing CRM Lead I do NOT own to my Outlook.
any idea ?

Hi there.
For this issue you can use the synchronisation settings.
Administration -> System Settings -> Tab synchronization
Here you can define system filters oder personal filters for synchronization records from CRM to Outlook.

My fault... User filters are not the answer for your issue.
You have opened the synchronization fields tab. On this tab you can define the direction of synchronization. But only for the following entities:
- Appointment
- Contact
- Fax
- Letter
- Phone Call
- Apointment
- Service Activity
- Task

I apologize for the confusion. You cannot sync Leads to Outlook... we qualify Leads to Contacts and synchronize them to Outlook.
