Hi,
We receive multiple emails for the same approval workflows. These emails arrive every day around 14:00. Last Friday, the system sent an email at 14:00, another one at 14:01, and the last one at 14:02. Three times the exact same email. We aim to receive only one email.
Additionally, we receive an email indicating that the approval request has been approved. This is also unnecessary. However, we are unsure how to deactivate it.
