Is there a way of printing labels from our AP Vendor list?

    Hi Tina-

    The fastest way would be to create a SmartList (if you don't already have one) of all the information you want on the label.

    Export it to Excel and then use it as the source data in Word to make labels.

    Or, go old school and print them from Reports > Company > Mailing Labels and be frustrated with getting them lined up on the label paper.

    1. In the Mail Merge menu, select Labels.
    2. Select Starting document > Label Options to choose your label size.
    3. Choose Select recipients > Browse to upload the mailing list.
    4. Select Arrange your labels > Address block to add recipient information.    GTA Portal
