Which SSRS report are you leveraging and which build of GP/SQL?
When reviewing my GP 2018 18.2 build I do not see a report called PurchPurchaseOrder report.
I do see Purchase Order History and Purchase Order Status, where either of these the ones you were leveraging?
Either way...
You'll need to open the report via Report Builder and then within Report Builder you should see the Datasets on the left Report Data section.
You can right click and go to Dataset Properties and within there under the Fields menu add more fields.
This is a very high level guidance, but hopefully it's enough to get you going.
