Field Modification Enable/Disable not reflecting sometimes in PurchTable Form

Hi all,
 
I have created a new field in PurchTable and added the same in PurchTable Form.
I wrote some code to Disable the Field control, by default, it is enabled.
But sometimes it is working properly and sometimes it is not.
I have written code in create, active method of PurchTable datasource, and run method of Form.
 
 
Please suggest some solution regarding this, or I forgot any step after this customization.

    Hi all,
     
    The issue is resolved after Generate Full CIL. 
    Suggested the users to Generate Incremental CIL after every minor code changes.
