Hello,

We noticed time is an hour behind for GMT users when viewing some information in the system such as resolution time of cases.

Can you please advise on how to resolve this issue?

Thank You.

You can ask the user to update the correct time zone from the personal setting or use the xrm toll box to update the time zone for any user.

    Hi,

You can User Settings Utility of XrmToolBox to update the time of your users.

    Hello,

Thanks for the feedback. Yes you're right when individual users change their timezone settingas it appears to resolve this issue.

However to avoid all users having to take this step, is there a way to update the  timezone settings globally so that it reflects against all users automatically.

    Regards

    Kirah

    Hi,

Are your GMT users configured with the correct time zone in their user settings?

If so, can you give an example of a problematic field with its date parameter. Are they configured as TimeZone Independent? User Local?
