Hello!
I have two marketing lists: A and B. Some contacts are members of both lists. There is possible to retrieve by Advanced find contacts from list A that are not in list B?
Thank you
Hello Oscar,
Are those 2 marketing lists static or dynamic?
Hello Andrew. Both marketing lists are static ones
Oscar,
Got it. Then I would say it's better to use third marketing list for this purpose. In order to do that do following:
1. Create new static marketing list.
2. Use "Add members based on the Advanced Find Query" and build the query like contacts that are in the List A.
3. Use "Remove members based on the Advanced Find Query" and build query like contacts that are in the List B.
After all of steps are completed in that new Marketing list you will get all of contacts that are in the list A but not on the list B.
Дякую Andrew. Yes, i think this is the only supported way to resolve my task. I hope in a future Microsoft can introduce a way to get it with one query by advanced find.
