Payroll journal from Employment Hero omitting dimension fields

Hi All,
 
Does anyone else have a recent issue where the payroll journal from Employment Hero is omitting the Dimension code field. It was all working fine, then they had an issue where the journal did not post at all, and since this has been restored, the dimension fields are not coming into the Journal. EH is insisting it is a BC issue. This is happening on two unrelated clients.
 
Both clients have dimensions set as code mandatory on the accounts with no default. it used to come in from the EH payroll integration.

    Since it is a third-party solution, I would advise you to clarify this with their support. If the value does not arrive during the integration and should arrive, it is their problem. If they send a value and it is changed or deleted in BC, the dimension settings in the accounts must be analyzed.
